I would like to sincerely thank My Ride for their outstanding support and customer service. A few days ago, I accidentally rode my EV bike through a waterlogged area, which damaged the battery. I was fully aware that water damage is not covered under the battery warranty, as My Ride had clearly explained this to us at the time of purchase. Even though the damage was outside the warranty, the My Ride team went above and beyond to help us. They repaired the battery, covered half of the repair cost, and even paid the courier charges. This kind of customer care is truly appreciated and shows their commitment to supporting their customers even beyond the warranty terms. Thank you once again, My Ride, for your kindness and excellent service. I highly recommend them!
